目的:分析骨髓细胞形态学检查在不明原因发热患者中的诊断价值,为临床提供指导。方法:抽取2013年7月至2015年10月来陆丰市人民医院治疗的53例不明原因发热患者,对其实施骨髓细胞形态学检查以及实验室常规脸查。分析比较骨髓细胞形态学检查以及实验室常规脸查的检出结果。结果:53例不明原因发热患者经骨髓细胞形态学检查显示,有45例患者被确诊,确诊率为84.91%;经实验室常规检查显示,有13例患者被确诊,确诊率为24.53%,比较可得,骨髓细胞形态学检查的确诊率显著高于实验室常规检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨髓细胞形态学检查在不明原因发热患者中具有显著的诊断价值,可为临床医师分析、诊断病情提供参考依据。
Objective: To analyze the diagnostic value of bone marrow cell morphology in patients with unexplained fever and provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods: Fifty-three patients with unexplained fever who were treated in Lufeng Municipal People’s Hospital from July 2013 to October 2015 were selected for morphological examination of bone marrow cells and routine laboratory examination. Analysis and comparison of morphological examination of bone marrow cells and laboratory routine face detection results. Results: The morphological examination of bone marrow cells in 53 patients with unexplained fever showed that 45 patients were confirmed with a diagnosis rate of 84.91%. According to routine laboratory tests, 13 patients were diagnosed with a diagnosis rate of 24.53% Available, the diagnosis of bone marrow cell morphology was significantly higher than the routine laboratory tests, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The morphology of bone marrow cells in patients with unexplained fever has a significant diagnostic value, which can provide reference for clinicians to analyze and diagnose the disease.
