改革开放的成功经验表明在发展中国家政府对经济的适当干预是必要的。本文从政府管理制度化角度来探讨市场经济与政府干预的有效性问题。并以“义乌模式”为例,通过政府与社会组织、企业、市场之间良性互动的模式,汇集了繁荣经济的强大合力。“义乌模式”形成发展过程中的许多做法、理念和举措具有一定的普适性,对其他地区尤其是欠发达地区的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。
The successful experience of reform and opening up shows that proper government intervention in the economy of developing countries is necessary. This article discusses the effectiveness of market economy and government intervention from the perspective of institutionalization of government management. Taking “Yiwu Model” as an example, we have brought together the powerful forces of economic prosperity through the benign interaction between government and social organizations, enterprises and markets. “Yiwu Model ” formed many of the practices, ideas and initiatives in the development process has a certain degree of universality, has an important reference for the development of other regions, especially the less developed regions.
