以辽豆 1 0号 (感病 )为母本 ,Frankling(抗病 )为父本进行有性杂交 ,经过 5年挖根鉴定和移栽选择 ,选育出在疫区比对照品种增产 2 5%以上、高抗 1号、3号生理小种品系各 5个。遗传分析表明 ,在辽豆 1 0号遗传背景下 ,北京小黑豆对 3号生理小种的抗性是由 1个显性基因和 2个隐性基因控制的。生理小种鉴定结果 ,辽宁有 1号和 3号两个生理小种 ,吉林有 1号、3号和 5号三个生理小种
