针对公司现有管理手段还不能对施工机械信息进行实时管理的问题,设计建立了以“二维码标识”为载体的机械管理系统,对每个施工机械进行唯一的二维码标识,扫描二维码就可实现对每个施工机械进行追踪管理。它的最大特点就是只要在有无线网络覆盖的地方,用手持数据采集器就可实现查看某个施工机械从采购到报废全过程中重要管理信息,也可实现对该施工机械调配、维保等信息的及时录入,真正实现实时管理,最大程度保证设备合理维护和安全使用。
