目的探讨彩色多谱勒超声(color doppler ultrasound,CDU)诊断胎盘早剥的价值和超声声像图特征。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2014年6月南充市中心医院42例胎盘早剥住院患者的超声表现,并对其漏诊、误诊原因进行分析总结。结果 42例胎盘早剥患者中,产前超声诊断26例,诊断符合率61.9%,漏诊12例(28.6%),误诊4例(9.5%)。结论彩色多谱勒超声检查具有无创、安全、快捷等临床优势,是诊断胎盘早剥最重要的辅助检查手段。 Objective To investigate the value of color doppler ultrasound (CDU) in the diagnosis of placental abruption and the characteristics of ultrasonography. Methods The clinical data of 42 cases of placental abruption hospitalized from January 2008 to June 2014 in Nanchong Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The causes of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were analyzed. Results Among the 42 cases of placental abruption, 26 cases were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound. The coincidence rate was 61.9%, 12 cases missed (28.6%) and 4 cases (9.5%) misdiagnosed. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has the clinical advantages of noninvasive, safe, fast and so on. It is the most important auxiliary examination for diagnosis of placental abruption.
