目的建立杞丹灵口服液制备及质量控制方法。方法水提纯沉法制备杞丹灵口服液。采用TLC法定性鉴别和HPLC法定量分析。结果TLC法可用于丹参、生地、白花蛇舌草定性分析,HPLC法适用于丹参定量分析。结论传统的煎煮和现代提取分离相结合适用于本品的制备工艺,TLC和HPLC适用于本品的质量控制。 Objective To establish the preparation and quality control methods of Qidanling oral liquid. Methods The water purification Shen method was used to prepare Qidanling oral liquid. Quantitative analysis using TLC statutory identification and HPLC. Results TLC method can be used for qualitative analysis of Salvia miltiorrhiza, habitat, and Hedyotis diffusa, and HPLC method is suitable for quantitative analysis of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Conclusion The combination of traditional decoction and modern extraction and separation is suitable for the preparation process of this product. TLC and HPLC are applicable to the quality control of this product.
