以壳聚糖(CTS)、部分中和的丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,微波快速合成壳聚糖基离子型/非离子型水凝胶(CHG)。考察主要合成因素对CHG溶胀性能的影响和溶胀环境对CHG的响应性,并采用FT-IR对样品的官能团进行表征。结果表明:在较佳的工艺条件下,2min内即可制得溶胀度为242.8g/g的CHG。在不同温度下,CHG的溶胀过程符合一级动力学过程,温度越高,溶胀速率越快。CHG还具有金属离子和有机溶液敏感性。
Chitosan-based ionic liquid / non-ionic hydrogel (CHG) was synthesized by chitosan (CTS), partially neutralized acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AM) The effects of major synthetic factors on the swelling behavior of CHG and the response of the swelling environment to CHG were investigated. The functional groups of the samples were characterized by FT-IR. The results showed that CHG with a degree of swelling of 242.8g / g could be obtained in 2min under the optimal process conditions. At different temperatures, the swelling process of CHG conforms to the first-order kinetic process. The higher the temperature, the faster the swelling rate. CHG also has metal ion and organic solution sensitivities.
