随着中国对外开放步伐的加快,越来越多的进口产品进入了国内市场,其中也包括一些进口产品以倾销价格进入国内市场,损害了国内相关产业的利益。尤其是“入世”以来,我国逐步发展成为世界贸易大国,而面临的反倾销问题也越来越多,许多原本脆弱的民族工业受到严重损失。目前,倾销与反倾销已经成为发展我国外贸事业绝对不可忽视的重要问题。
With the acceleration of China’s opening to the outside world, more and more imported products have entered the domestic market. Some of these imported products have also entered the domestic market at dumped prices, damaging the interests of domestic related industries. Especially since the accession to WTO, our country has gradually developed into a big country that is a world trade country, and the anti-dumping problems it faces are also getting more and more. Many previously fragile national industries suffered serious losses. At present, dumping and anti-dumping have become an absolutely important issue that can not be ignored in developing the cause of China’s foreign trade.
