基于国内外关于组织学习能力的理论,运用实证研究方法对纺织企业组织学习能力的4个维度与企业绩效因子进行了分析,结果显示纺织企业组织学习能力与企业绩效间有着显著的作用关系。
Based on the theory of organizational learning ability at home and abroad, empirical analysis is used to analyze the four dimensions of organizational learning ability and enterprise performance factors in textile enterprises. The results show that organizational learning ability and organizational performance of textile enterprises have a significant relationship.
