We carried out investigations on the inspections at the primary health care centers and analyzed the conditions and problems that have occurred in the development as follows: 1. The reasons for the poor quality of inspections and work mistakes 1. Many flood prevention medical staffs understand the importance of inspections. Insufficiency and lack of responsibility are manifested as sloppy operations, lack of attention to standardization, and sometimes sloppy determination of results. 2. There is no full-time inspection personnel. 3. The quality of sputum specimens did not meet the requirements.
