本文论述了进一步提高陕甘宁盆地中部地区天然气探井钻井速度的基本技术思路,以及围绕该思路而研制的以有机阳离子粘土防膨剂为井壁稳定剂的有机阳离子钻井液体系的组成、工作原理和现场施工方法。该体系在该区3口井中应用,表现出极强的抑制效果,密度低、钻速快,有效地防止了井塌,保护了气层,实现了钻井液与完井液的统一。对该区不下技术套管的天然气探井用一种钻井液体系,进行不同的处理,可以达到提高钻速、防止井塌和保护气层三大目的。
This paper discusses the basic technical ideas to further improve the drilling speed of natural gas exploration wells in the central part of the Shaan-Gan-Ning Basin and the composition and working principle of the organic cationic drilling fluid system with organic cationic clay anti-swelling agent as wall stabilizer developed around this idea And on-site construction methods. The system has been applied in three wells in this area, showing a very strong inhibition effect, low density, fast drilling speed, effectively preventing the collapse of the well, protecting the gas layer and realizing the unification of drilling fluid and completion fluid. A drilling fluid system for natural gas exploration wells with no technical casing in the area can be used for different treatments to achieve the three major purposes of increasing the rate of drilling, preventing collapse and protecting the gas zone.
