中国首次使用自由港这个字眼是在一九八五年。当年,国务院在—份文件中指出:厦门可以实行自由港的某些政策。随着社会经济条件的成熟,发展一定意义上的“自由港”,将成为中国经济的新生长点。
The first use of the term free port in China was in 1985. In that year, the State Council stated in a document that Xiamen can implement certain policies in Freeport. With the maturation of social and economic conditions, the development of “free ports” in a certain sense will become a new growth point for China’s economy.
