目的:评价不同表面预处理方法对于自粘接树脂水门汀结树脂嵌体的微渗漏的影响。方法:选取40颗新鲜拔除的无龋坏人磨牙作为研究对象,按照嵌体制作要求制备邻牙合II类窝洞,并制作树脂嵌体。根据不同表面处理方法分为4组:直接粘接组(A组,对照组)自酸蚀处理组(B组)全酸蚀处理组(C组)磷酸处理组(D组)。处理完毕后用自粘接树脂水门汀粘结嵌体固位。经冷热循环500次,染料染色24h后,沿牙体长轴纵向剖开观察并测定微渗漏情况。结果:B组、C组、D组的轴壁龈壁微渗漏情况均优于A组,D组的轴壁渗漏情况优于龈壁,其余各组轴龈壁之间的渗漏情况无统计学差异。结论:酸蚀处理可以减少自粘接树脂水门汀与牙体组织之间的微渗漏,磷酸单独预处理对龈壁处牙本质粘结界面的微渗漏影响较轴壁处釉质大。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of different surface pretreatment methods on the microleakage of self-adhesive resin-cemented resin inlays. Methods: Forty freshly extracted caries-free molars were selected as research objects. Orthodontics were prepared according to the requirements of inlays. The resin inlays were made. According to different surface treatment methods, the cells were divided into four groups: direct adhesion group (group A, control group), acid etching treatment group (group B), total acid etching treatment group (group C) phosphoric acid treatment group (group D). After treatment with self-adhesive resin cement bonding inlay retention. After 500 cycles of cooling and heating, the dye was stained for 24 hours and longitudinally cut along the longitudinal axis of the tooth to observe and measure the microleakage. Results: The microleakage of gingival wall in group B, C and D was better than that of group A. The leakage of shaft wall in group D was better than that of gingival wall, while the leakage of gingival wall in other groups No statistical difference. Conclusion: Acid etching can reduce the microleakage between self-adhesive resin cement and dental tissue. The effect of single phosphate pretreatment on microleakage of dentin bonding interface at gingival wall is larger than that of enamel at axial wall.
