笔者对 1 993年 3月至 1 998年 3月间 ,我院收治的 30 0 2例肛门直肠疾病进行了统计学分析 ,结果痔 1 381例 ,占 46% ,其中内痔 1 3.4% ,混合痔 65.9% ,多见于 41～ 60岁者 ,男性多于女性 ;肛裂336例 ,占 1 1 .2 % ,女性明显多于男性 ,约 2∶ 1 ,且以 2 1～ 49岁最多 ;肛周脓肿、肛瘘 675例 ,占 2 2 .5% ,男性多于女性 ,男女之比约 4∶ 1 ;肛门其他疾病 1 30例 ,占 4.3%。
