改革开放以来,随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,社会主义公民社会迅速崛起。社会主义公民社会的发展也内在地契合了党实行民主执政的需要。一方面,党的民主执政方式的确立体现了社会主义公民社会的民主要求;另一方面推进社会主义民主政治建设,完善党的民主执政方式,也需要一个中国式的社会主义公民社会作为基础提供支撑。以社会主义公民社会理论为研究视角,全面认识公民社会与民主执政的关系,对于调动一切积极因素,发展社会主义民主政治,使党成为民主执政的执政党具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Since the reform and opening up, with the establishment of a socialist market economic system, socialist civil society has rapidly risen. The development of socialist civil society also inherently meets the need of the party to implement democratic governance. On the one hand, the establishment of the party’s democratic governing style embodies the democratic demands of socialist civil society; on the other hand, to promote the construction of socialist democracy and perfect the party’s democratic governing style also need a Chinese-style socialist civil society as a basis support. From the perspective of socialist civil society theory, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to fully understand the relationship between civil society and democratic governance and to mobilize all positive factors, develop socialist democracy and make the party a ruling party in democratic governance.
