教师是教学的主体,幼儿是学习的主体。新纲要也充分肯定了幼儿教师在教育、儿童发展中的作用和地位,同时对教师素质提出了前所未有的要求与挑战。幼儿教育最根本的任务是促进幼儿的发展,因此,教师对儿童和儿童发展的承诺主要包括几个方面。其中一点就是教师要平等地对待和尊重儿童,要容忍和尊重儿童的差异,使每个儿童富有个性地、充分地发展。因此,教师对幼儿关注程度的多与少,对幼儿的发展有很大的影响。
