将含暗帧脉冲的 4× 2 .5GHz的光时分复用 (OTDM)信号注入一含半导体光放大器 (SOA)的锁模光纤激光器 ,利用SOA的交叉增益调制效应 ,提取出 2 .5GHz的支路时钟信号和 5GHz,10GHz的群路时钟信号 ;群路时钟的提取机制是有理数谐波锁模机制。光时分复用信号采用暗帧脉冲不但可以用来识别支路信号 ,而且显著提高了支路时钟信号的质量
A 4 × 2.5GHz optical time division multiplexed (OTDM) signal with dark frame impulses is injected into a mode-locked fiber laser with a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) to extract the 2.5 GHz branch using the cross-gain modulation effect of the SOA Road clock signal and 5GHz, 10GHz group clock signals; group clock extraction mechanism is rational digital harmonic mode locking mechanism. Optical time-division multiplexing signals using dark frame pulse not only can be used to identify the branch signal, but also significantly improve the quality of the branch clock signal
