从患细菌性败血症的翘嘴鳜分离嗜水气单胞菌BS-1菌株,制成福尔马林灭活疫苗(F-AH)、酚灭活疫苗(P-AH)和提取菌体脂多糖(LPS)作为免疫原。注射接种体重为35.5±5.6g的翘嘴鳜后,通过检测血清中的凝集抗体效价、血液和头肾中吞噬细胞的吞噬活性以及应用活菌攻毒等方法,比较了3种不同免疫原的免疫效果。结果表明,LPS的免疫效果最好,P-AH次之,F-AH较差。用活菌攻毒后,3种受免鱼体的免疫保护力分别为92.2%,84.7%和80.7%。
Isolation of Aeromonas hydrophila strain BS-1 from Cephalosporium acutissima with bacterial septicemia resulted in the formation of formalin-inactivated vaccine (F-AH), phenol-inactivated vaccine (P-AH) Polysaccharides (LPS) as immunogen. After inoculation with 35.5 ± 5.6 g body weight, three methods were compared: detection of agglutination antibody titer in serum, phagocytic activity of phagocytes in blood and head kidney and application of live bacteria inoculation Immune effects of different immunogens. The results showed that the best immune effect of LPS, P-AH second, F-AH is poor. After being inoculated with viable cells, the immunoprotective power of the three kinds of fish were 92.2%, 84.7% and 80.7%, respectively.
