对于企业来说,行之有效的思想政治工作能充分调动员工的积极性和创造性,而企业文化兴起后,一些企业运用企业文化的理论和方法应用于企业对个人的管理,使一些思想政治工作和企业管理很难解决的问题迎刃而解。但企业文化是否能代替企业思想政治工作?它们之间内在的联系如何。本文从两个方面进行论述,从而指出思想政治工作和企业文化建设必须相互结合、相互促进。
