本文运用文献资料法,问卷调查法、数理统计法因子分析法等,对福州市的浩沙、宝力豪、韦伍德斯、捷士、奥体、菲特力、强森、锐思达等十几家健身会所健身教练职业胜任能力进行调查分析。本文在构成福州市健身教练职业胜任能力的第七个特征因子的评价模型分析得基础上,通过总结分析《福州市健身教练职业胜任能力的特征因子分析之一》《福州市健身教练职业胜任能力的特征因子分析之二》的研究,结果表明:个性特征因子、职业特征因子、职业知识因子、配其他知识因子、一般技能因子、专业技能因子、社会责任因子等7个潜在变量和32个观测变量构成泉州市健身教练职业胜任能力评价模型,人员服务,课程服务,环境服务,器械服务等因子方面满意度均低于总体满意度。个性特征,其他知识,一般技能,专业技能,社会责任等因子方面满意度均低于总体满意度。
