随机抽取了江苏省内5所高校共200名在校大学生,以及部分老师为研究对象,进行调查与分析。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等方法,针对江苏省高校瑜伽课程的开展情况,包括现状、学生参与情况和学习动机分析等进行研究。结果表明:学生对瑜伽课程的兴趣比较浓厚,学习情绪高涨,在高校开设瑜伽形体课程,可以极大满足大学生追求时尚、渴望健美的愿望与要求。因此,在高校开设瑜伽课程具有可行性和实效性,是较好地提高学生身心素质的一种手段。
A total of 200 undergraduates from 5 universities in Jiangsu Province were selected randomly, and some teachers were selected as research subjects for investigation and analysis. By means of literature review, questionnaire survey, interviews and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the development of yoga courses in universities and colleges in Jiangsu Province, including the status quo, student participation and learning motivation analysis. The results show that students are more interested in yoga courses and have higher learning sentiment. Offering yoga figure classes in colleges can greatly satisfy the aspirations and demands of college students in their pursuit of fashion and the desire for bodybuilding. Therefore, the establishment of yoga courses in colleges and universities is feasible and effective, is a means to improve students’ physical and mental quality.
