提高教育教学质量和人才培养水平,为可持续发展做好人才储备,骨干教师的培养是高职院校师资队伍建设的关键。本文从分析骨干教师现状入手,对骨干教师的结构及政策成长环境提出建议和意见,根据目前产业结构调整的方向和高等职业教育的培养目标,结合高等职业教育的基本特点、基本属性,为学校师资队伍建设提出可行性建议,提出构建学习型组织,建设一支强有力的骨干教师队伍保障教育质量,推动高等职业教育的健康发展。
Improve the quality of education and teaching and personnel training, talent reserves for sustainable development, the cultivation of key teachers is the key to the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the status quo of key teachers, this paper puts forward suggestions and opinions on the structure of key teachers and the environment for policy development.
