在湛江发电厂2#机组大修四管防爆检查中,有37根炉膛水冷壁管子因吹灰器回退不及时或者枪管运动受阻而导致其产生不同程度的损伤。造成炉膛吹灰器运动故障的原因是:(1)吹灰器前端齿轮传动轴承润滑脂不能承受高温而流失、轴承内部被灰渣污染物卡涩所致:(2)炉膛墙箱内管向火侧无法承受炉内的高温,管子内侧产生高温腐蚀,腐蚀产物累积在管内壁附着;另外,炉膛内部的高温使得普通耐温钢材过早出现管子前侧胀粗、龟裂、过烧损毁,使得吹灰器枪管与墙箱套管相对运动阻碍,造成吹
