通过大量的室内试验,研究了二灰稳定碎石在冰冻地区非标准养生环境下无侧限抗压强度、间接抗拉强度(劈裂强度)及室内抗压回弹模量的变化规律,为冰冻地区公路建设的设计、施工和理论分析提供试验依据。研究揭示了二灰稳定碎石在龄期、配合比、温度等因素的影响下,其各项物理力学指标为标准养生温度下的1/3~1/2左右,达不到路用性能的要求,建议在冰冻地区进行二灰稳定碎石基层施工时,采取一些有效措施来保障其强度的形成。
Through a large number of indoor experiments, the law of unconfined compressive strength, indirect tensile strength (splitting strength) and indoor compressive resilience modulus of lime-fly ash stabilized macadamia The design, construction and theoretical analysis of the highway construction in the frozen area provide experimental basis. The research revealed that under the influence of age, compounding ratio, temperature and other factors, the physical and mechanical indexes of lime-fly ash stabilized gravel are about 1/3 to 1/2 of the standard temperature, which can not reach the requirements of road performance. It is suggested that some effective measures should be taken to ensure the formation of lime-lime stabilized macadam base in the frozen areas.
