冬虫夏草的免疫药理试验多年来国内已有不少报道,但结果不尽一致。本实验室曾对冬虫夏草的生药及人工培养的菌丝制剂(以下简称菌丝)做了对细胞免疫作用的初步探讨。发现虫草与菌丝都能提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活力,抑制T淋巴细胞的排斥反应,它们二者的作用基本一致。在此基础上我们又做了虫草及菌丝对体液免疫作用的进一步研究。
The immune pharmacological tests of Cordyceps sinensis have been reported in China for many years, but the results are not consistent. In this laboratory, preliminary studies on the effects of cellular immunity on Cordyceps sinensis raw material and cultured mycelial preparations (hereinafter referred to as hyphae) have been conducted. Both Cordyceps sinensis and mycelia were found to increase the phagocytic activity of mouse peritoneal macrophages and inhibit the rejection of T lymphocytes. The effects of both of them are basically consistent. On this basis, we have further studied the effects of Cordyceps and mycelium on humoral immunity.
