随着分子生物学技术的发展，人们己开始注意到中药对靶器官基因表达的调节作用。本文介绍了中药方剂人参养荣汤、当归芍药散、小柴胡汤、黄连解毒汤以及青蒿素衍生物还原青蒿素对某些细胞因子或酶的基因表达调节作用的研究概况，并介绍了一种综合逆转录—ＤＮＡ聚合酶链反应技术、扣除杂交法和差示杂交法而建立的一种新的检测特异性ｍＲＮＡ的方法及其在中药研究中应用的前景。
With the development of molecular biology techniques, people have begun to notice the regulatory effect of Chinese medicine on target organ gene expression. This article introduced the general situation of the study on the regulation of the gene expression of certain cytokines or enzymes by Chinese herbal medicines: Ginseng Yangrongtang, Danggui Shaoyao Powder, Xiaochaihu Tang, Huanglian Jiedu Decoction, and artemisinin derivatives to reduce artemisinin. A new comprehensive reverse transcription-DNA polymerase chain reaction technique, subtractive hybridization method and differential hybridization method to establish a new specific mRNA detection method and its application prospects in the study of traditional Chinese medicine.
