股权激励的试点在保证科研人员体制内身份不受影响的同时,让他们的智力成果得到了更多的市场化体现。对于中国科学院合肥物质研究院(以下简称“物质院”)的研究人员来说,股权激励这个词并不陌生,因为他们在北京中关村的同事于2009年就开始享受这一政策。令人激动的是,在之后不久,这项试点就落在于台芜蚌试验区,落到了安徽科学岛。安徽科学岛,位于合肥市董铺水库的西岸,占地面积3000多亩,静卧在嫩绿的湖水中。岛上五座科研楼一字排开,三幢雅致大方的临湖别墅与其他附属设施,组成了具有雄厚科技实力的“科学城”。物质院就坐落在这里。
The pilot program of equity incentive will not affect the identity of the scientific researcher system at the same time, so that their intellectual achievements have been more market-oriented. For researchers at the Hefei Institute of Material Science (CAS), the term equity incentive is not new because its colleagues in Beijing’s Zhongguancun started to enjoy the policy in 2009. What is exciting is that shortly afterwards, the pilot project landed on the Wuzhu mussel test area and landed on Anhui Science Island. Anhui Science Island, located in Dongpu Reservoir in Hefei City, covers an area of 3000 mu, lying quietly in the verdant lake. Five research buildings on the island lined up, three elegant and generous Lake Villa and other ancillary facilities, formed a strong scientific and technological strength of the “Science City.” Material Institute is located here.
