目的:探讨CT引导下经皮射频消融治疗肝癌的近期疗效。方法:选择我院2009年6月～2011年6月原发性肝癌患者30例,以上患者均经病理组织学检查证实。本组30例患者均在CT引导下行经皮射频消融治疗。本组所有患者经射频消融术治疗1个月后行CT复查,同时检测血清肿瘤标志物水平改变情况。结果:本组30例患者共36个肿瘤接受经皮射频消融术治疗,共消融肿瘤34个。26个肿瘤为完全坏死,8个为肿瘤坏死不完全,行2次射频消融治疗。射频消融治疗时间为36～95分钟,平均时间为53.2±10.3分钟。所有患者治疗后,临床症状和体征均得到不同程度改善,26例患者肝区疼痛显著减轻或者消失,22例患者乏力纳差等症状显著减轻,体重有所增加。结论:CT引导下经皮射频消融治疗肝癌的近期疗效显著,能够显著改善患者临床症状和体征,提高生存率。 Objective: To investigate the short-term curative effect of percutaneous radiofrequency catheter ablation guided by CT on liver cancer. Methods: Thirty patients with primary liver cancer from June 2009 to June 2011 in our hospital were selected. The above patients were confirmed by histopathological examination. The group of 30 patients underwent CT guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation. All patients in this group after radiofrequency ablation for 1 month after CT review, at the same time detection of serum tumor marker levels change. Results: A total of 36 tumors in 30 patients underwent percutaneous radiofrequency ablation in 34 patients. Twenty-six tumors were completely necrotic and eight were incomplete tumor necrosis. Radiofrequency ablation was performed twice. RFA treatment time was 36 to 95 minutes, the average time was 53.2 ± 10.3 minutes. All patients were treated, clinical symptoms and signs were improved to varying degrees, 26 patients with liver pain significantly reduced or disappeared, 22 patients with fatigue and other symptoms significantly reduced anorexia, weight gain increased. Conclusion: CT-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of liver cancer has a significant short-term effect, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and improve the survival rate.
