本文认为老年大学文化是学校文化的一种,而精神文化则是学校文化的灵魂。学校文化的核心内容是学校教育价值观。老年大学文化具有导向、激励、约束、凝聚、教育等多种功能;具有民主性、开放性与包容性,人本性,独特、创新和多样性等特点。文章就如何从构建精神文化、制度文化和物质文化系统三个方面来构建老年大学的学校文化体系进行了探讨。对建设老年大学文化应遵循的原则作了提炼、归纳。
This paper argues that the culture of the elderly university is a kind of school culture, while the spiritual culture is the soul of the school culture. The core content of school culture is school education values. The culture of seniors has many functions such as orientation, encouragement, restraint, cohesion and education. It has the characteristics of democracy, openness and inclusiveness, human nature, uniqueness, innovation and diversity. The article discusses how to construct the school culture system of senile university from the aspects of constructing spiritual culture, institutional culture and material culture system. The principle of building an older university culture should be refined and summarized.
