一、绪言因为中强的Al—Zn—Mg系合金具有良好的性能,所以继5083合金之后大多数被应用在车辆等的焊接构件上,今后也期望应用在其它各个方面。可是,中强的Al—Zn—Mg系合金的缺点之一,是热变形阻力大。因此,和中强的Al—Mg—Si系合金比较挤压性不好。从而,改善这个合金的挤压性能在工业上具有较大的意义。对Al—Zn—Mg系合金,增大热变形阻力的元素是Mg。Zn的作用只不过约为Mg
I. INTRODUCTION Since Zhongqiang Al-Zn-Mg series alloys have good properties, most of them are used in welding components such as vehicles after 5083 alloy and are expected to be used in various other fields in the future. However, one of the drawbacks of a moderately strong Al-Zn-Mg-based alloy is its large resistance to thermal deformation. Therefore, compared with a moderate Al-Mg-Si alloy, the extrudability is poor. Therefore, improving the extrusion performance of this alloy is of great industrial significance. For Al-Zn-Mg-based alloys, the element that increases the resistance to thermal deformation is Mg. The effect of Zn is only about Mg
