针对双层客车司机控制台工效学布局问题,采用层次聚类分析中组间平均联接法对控制台60个显控器件以重要程度、使用频率为计算变量进行分类且输出凝聚顺序表及分类谱系图体现聚类过程与结果;定义重要性链值以量化分析方式对显控器件聚类分析结果进行优先等级划分;依据控制器件选型流程,结合器件功能、操纵类型及任务要求,完成控制台器件选型;在此基础上,结合人因设计原则、器件布置规则、作业域及视野域分区进行控制台显控器件布局三维建模,并借助Manikin人体库某国第5百分位女性及第95百分位男性人体模型在正直坐姿条件下对控制台作业域及视野域进行分析校核。结果表明控制台及器件布置完全满足人体视野及作业空间需求。
