目的探讨癌胚抗原(CEA)、P16、Ki-67在原发宫颈腺癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色的方法 ,检测原发宫颈腺癌36例,宫颈腺体上皮内肿瘤(CGIN)14例及正常宫颈组织10例中CEA、P16、Ki-67的抗体表达的情况。结果 CEA、P16、Ki-67在实验组及对照组中,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CEA、P16、Ki-67,在宫颈癌的发生、发展中有着重要作用,监测三者指标有助于原发宫颈腺癌及癌前病变的诊断。
Objective To investigate the expression of CEA, P16 and Ki-67 in primary cervical adenocarcinoma and its clinicopathological significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CEA, P16 and Ki-67 in 36 cases of primary cervical adenocarcinoma, 14 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CGIN) and 10 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results CEA, P16, Ki-67 in the experimental group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions CEA, P16 and Ki-67 play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. The monitoring of the three indicators is helpful for the diagnosis of primary cervical adenocarcinoma and precancerous lesions.
