利用传动比法推出六种传动型式2K—V行星传动的啮合效率计算公式。其理论计算值与样机实测值基本一致。较大传动比(50~250)时,2K—V比K—H—V传动效率高出10%以上。
The transmission ratio method is used to calculate the meshing efficiency of six kinds of transmission type 2K-V planetary transmission. The theoretical calculated value and the actual measured value of the prototype are basically the same. For larger transmission ratio (50 ~ 250), 2K-V is more than 10% higher than K-H-V transmission efficiency.
