针对短舱火区典型结构设计了防火试验件,通过试验比较了两种复合材料及防火涂层的防火性能,测试了防火橡胶型材进行密封防火的可行性。试验结果表明,相比使用防火涂层,苯并噁嗪树脂碳纤维织物和普通树脂碳纤维织物材料本身无须涂覆防火涂层,也能满足防火要求,但前者防火性能更佳;采用防火橡胶型材进行密封防火是可行的,为发动机短舱结构的防火设计提供参考并可实际应用。
Aiming at the typical structure of nacelle fire area, a fire test piece was designed. The fireproof performance of the two composite materials and the fireproof coating was compared by experiments. The feasibility of fireproof sealing of fireproof rubber profile was tested. The test results show that compared with the use of fire-retardant coating, benzoxazine resin carbon fiber fabric and ordinary resin carbon fiber fabric material itself does not need to be coated with fire-retardant coating, but also to meet the fire safety requirements, but the former fire performance better; fire rubber profiles Sealed fire prevention is feasible, providing a reference for the fire protection design of engine nacelle structure and practical application.
