本文提供了一种光谱定量分析的比较新的方法——红外激光衰减全反射(Atten-uated Total Refraction,缩写ATR)法。用强度高、单色性好的激光代替普通的红外光源进行ATR法测量,在定量分析中能够提高灵敏度和信噪比,并保持ATR法的特点,扩展红外定量分析方法的适用范围。我们将此法用于人体血糖含量的测定,可大大缩短测定时间,简化步骤,提高准确性。文章指出了此法作定量分析时对Beer定律有一定的偏离。
This article provides a relatively new method for quantitative spectroscopy - the Infrared Laser Attenuated Total Refraction (ATR) method. ATR method can be used to measure the ATR method by using high intensity and good monochromatic laser instead of ordinary infrared light source. It can improve sensitivity and signal to noise ratio in quantitative analysis, maintain the characteristics of ATR method and extend the applicable range of infrared quantitative analysis method. We use this method for the determination of human blood glucose, which can greatly reduce the measurement time, simplify the steps and improve the accuracy. The article points out that there is some deviation to Beer’s law when this method is used for quantitative analysis.
