目的:研究妊娠高血压综合征与血清超敏C反应蛋白、脐动脉血流动力学变化的相关性。方法:选取妊娠高血压患者110例,其中妊娠期高血压组60例,子痫前期组50例,设置健康对照组50例,测量血清超敏C反应蛋白及脐动脉血流动力学参数。结果:妊娠高血压组血清超敏C反应蛋白水平明显高于正常组(P﹤0.01),脐动脉血流S/D比值、RI值均比对照组增高(P﹤0.01),随着病情加重血清超敏C反应蛋白,脐动脉血流S/D比值、RI值增高更显著,观察组1和观察组2比较有统计学差异(P﹤0.01)。结论:妊娠高血压综合征与血清超敏C反应蛋白、胎儿脐动脉血流改变有一定的相关性,通过血清C反应蛋白值和脐动脉血流参数可了解妊娠高血压的程度,预测胎儿宫内生长环境,预测妊高征的预后。
Objective: To study the correlation between pregnancy-induced hypertension and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and umbilical artery hemodynamics. Methods: One hundred and ten patients with gestational hypertension were selected, including 60 cases of gestational hypertension, 50 cases of preeclampsia and 50 cases of healthy control group. Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and umbilical artery hemodynamic parameters were measured. Results: The levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in pregnancy-induced hypertension group were significantly higher than those in normal group (P <0.01). The S / D ratio and RI of blood flow in umbilical artery were higher than those in control group (P <0.01) Serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein, umbilical artery blood flow S / D ratio, RI value increased more significantly, observation group 1 and observation group 2 were statistically significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: There is a correlation between pregnancy-induced hypertension and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and fetal umbilical artery blood flow changes. The degree of pregnancy-induced hypertension can be understood by serum C-reactive protein and umbilical artery blood flow parameters.
