文章设计了能够同时获得圆柱导体双参数(相对磁导率r和电导率)的涡流检测理论,改进了目前常用的通过单一参数来分析导体内部特性的涡流检测方法。以虚拟仪器软件LabView为工具的绝对式圆柱导体材料双参数涡流检测装置的系统结构和程序流程。取代了原先的硬件部分,软件部分使用了VisualBasic编程代替了原先的手动输入,实现了自动化,可视化的适时控制。
In this paper, the theory of eddy current detection, which can obtain both parameters (relative permeability r and conductivity) of cylindrical conductor, is designed. The current eddy current detection method, which is commonly used to analyze the internal characteristics of a conductor through a single parameter, is improved. System Structure and Program Flow of Absolute Cylindrical Conductor Material Two-Parameter Eddy Current Testing System Using Virtual Instrument Software LabView as a Tool. Replaced the original hardware part, the software part of the use of VisualBasic programming instead of the original manual input, to achieve the automation and visualization of timely control.
