目的探讨肌电生物反馈治疗在脑卒中康复过程中的应用效果。方法将我院2012年2月-2013年2月间54例脑卒中且成功救治患者随机分为两组各27例,所有患者均行常规治疗及相应护理,观察组使用肌电生物反馈治疗,比较两组患者下肢肌张力、整体运动能力和康复质量。结果观察组踝关节跖屈肌群张力和胫前肌肌力大于对照组,下肢运动能力、平衡功能和步速的测定值高于对照组,躯体症状、心理症状得分低于对照组,康复状态得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈治疗对于脑卒中后患者的恢复具有积极意义,能提高局部肌肉群表面张力、改善患者下肢运动功能、增强康复质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of myoelectric biofeedback therapy in stroke rehabilitation. Methods 54 cases of stroke and successful treatment in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were randomly divided into two groups of 27 cases. All patients underwent routine treatment and corresponding nursing. The observation group was treated with electromyogram biofeedback, Lower limb muscle tone, total exercise capacity and rehabilitation quality were compared between the two groups. Results The ankle plantar flexor muscles and tibialis anterior muscle strength of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The measured values of lower limbs’ motor ability, balance function and pace were higher in the observation group than those in the control group. The somatic and psychological symptom scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group. Score higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion EMG biofeedback therapy is of great significance to the recovery of patients after stroke, which can improve the surface tension of local muscle groups, improve the motor function of lower extremities and enhance the quality of rehabilitation.
