1、工程概况本项目规划用地则位于广州市荔湾区旧龙溪路北面,东临城市生态高压线走廊,西临规划居住用地,北临80米宽佛山水道,用地以北约200米为葵蓬生态公园,用地以南为规划小学和中学,用地交通便捷,周边自然生态环境良好。,南侧5号路,西侧为2号路,北侧为20米宽1925.7平方米的城市绿地临近城市主干道。建设单位作为中国内地颇具影响力的房地产开发商,投资建设本项目,需要体现产业的新时代背景、高科技形象及节能环保的高标准要求。
1. Project Overview The planned land for this project is located in the north of Old Longxi Road in Liwan District of Guangzhou City, east of the urban ecological high voltage line corridor, west of planned residential land, north of 80 meters wide Foshan waterway, about 200 meters north of the site for Kwai Peng Ecological Park, south of the planned land for primary and secondary schools, land convenient transportation, the surrounding natural environment is good. No. 5 on the south side, No. 2 on the west side and 1925.7 square meters on the north side with a city green area of 1925.7 square meters near the city main road.
