目的探讨葵花护肝片联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法 136例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各68例。对照组给予阿卡波糖治疗,观察组加用葵花护肝片治疗,两组均治疗3个月,对比疗效。结果治疗后两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体质量指数(BMI)、空腹C肽等指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组肝功能异常发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葵花护肝片联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of sunflower liver tablet combined with acarbose on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 136 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 68 cases in each. The control group was treated with acarbose, and the observation group was treated with sunflower liver tablet. Both groups were treated for 3 months, and the curative effect was compared. Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h blood glucose (2h PG), HbA1c, body mass index (BMI), fasting C-peptide and other indicators were improved compared with before treatment (P0.05) , But there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The incidence of liver dysfunction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Sunflower Liver tablets combined with acarbose treatment of type 2 diabetes significant effect, less adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
