广西古称岭南西路,早在两千多年前,秦王朝就在这里设立郡县,政治、经济、文化等各方面都与中原地区有着密切的联系。特别是北部的桂林,素有“山水甲天下”的美称,历代名流学者到此游览和讲学的甚众,各处风景区的山崖石壁上,留下了他们大量的诗文石刻。其中包括一些炼丹术及医方石刻。这方面的内容虽然不多,但仍不失为祖国医学宝库的组成部分,应该进行发掘整理。为此,特将“养气汤方”石刻作一简介,并略加考证。 The Guangxi ancient name was Lingnan West Road.
