作者用18名正畸治疗需拔除双侧第一前磨牙患者作实验,一侧加力,另侧对照,以固定的带活动弯附件正畸用具加力,研究牙髓对正畸压力的反应。加力的第1天,第1,2,4周分别测所加力值,患者分三组,分别于加力后1,2,4周拔双侧第一前磨牙,中性福尔马林固定,5.2%甲酸脱钙,石蜡包埋,沿牙长轴切5mm厚切片,HE染色,双盲组织学检查。结果表明加力后第1,2周牙髓组织充血、水肿、空泡形成,造牙本质细胞变性,第4周牙髓呈现纤维变性。
