生涯规划涉及生命教育、职业教育、挫折教育和价值观教育,是中学政治课程教学的深刻话题。然而当前中学政治课程体系中的绝大多数生涯规划教育实践是碎片化和简单化的,既不能形成系列知识,又不利于学生形成有效生涯规划能力和主流生涯价值观。为了对学生进行系统性生涯规划教育,我们组织开发了《中学生生涯规划教育》校本课程,遇到了很多难题,引起了我们的深刻反思。一、《中学生生涯规划教育》校本课程的开发难点
Career planning involves life education, vocational education, setback education and values education. It is a profound topic in the teaching of political courses in secondary schools. However, the vast majority of life planning education practice in the political curriculum system of middle school is fragmented and simplistic, which can neither form a series of knowledge nor help students to form effective career planning and mainstream career values.
