2011年11月1日,新修订的《退役士兵安置条例》开始施行。按照新《条例》要求,安置工作不再以户籍性质区分待遇,城乡退役士兵享有同等安置权利。
November 1, 2011, the newly revised “Retired Soldiers Regulations” came into effect. According to the requirements of the new “Regulations”, resettlement work no longer distinguishes treatment based on the nature of household registration, and urban and rural retired soldiers enjoy the same rights of resettlement.
