流行病学调查研究表明,2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并-ρ-二(口恶)英(TCDD)与多种癌症有关,动物实验已证实TCDD为一种原发性致癌物。本文对全美12家大型化工企业的5172名接触TCDD的男性工人进行了癌症死亡情况的回顾性队列研究,并测定了2个厂253名工人血清TCDD水平。寿命表分析截至1987年12月31日,以全美人口为对照,计算标准化死亡比(SMRs),并根据实际接毒工龄、总工龄、首次接毒至今的时间(潜伏期)分组,将接毒工龄≥1年、潜伏期≥20年者列为高接触组进行分析。结果表明,总观察人年数116748。
