利用大型非线性有限元软件MSCMarc的用户子程序功能,以Fortran语言实现本构关系,进行二维轴对称建模,并应用增量有限元技术对该材料的循环加载过程进行模拟.结果表明,利用数值虚拟方法可在一定程度上替代实际疲劳试验,并能得到传统试验难以得到的力学数据,对于研究汽轮机转子及其他金属构件的低周疲劳问题具有应用价值和研究意义.
Using the user subroutine function of the large-scale nonlinear finite element software MSCMarc, the constitutive relation is realized in Fortran language and the two-dimensional axisymmetric modeling is carried out. The cyclic loading process of the material is simulated by incremental finite element method. The numerical virtual method can replace the actual fatigue test to a certain degree and get the mechanical data which is hard to get by the traditional test. It has the application value and research significance for the research of low cycle fatigue of steam turbine rotor and other metal components.
