应用激光一血卟啉治疗肿瘤技术中,活体组织内光场的分布直接影响光辐照治疗的有效性。摸清分布规律才能正确决定最佳的血卟啉药物剂量、浓度,辐照光的强度和相应的时间剂量。本文利用双光纤测量系统,对活体组织中光辐射分布的规律进行了实验研究,文中给出极坐标光辐射分布曲线和衰减曲线,并作了相应的讨论。
The application of laser hematoporphyrin treatment of tumor technology, the distribution of light field in living tissue directly affects the effectiveness of light irradiation treatment. Find out the law of distribution in order to correctly determine the best hematoporphyrin drug dose, concentration, the intensity of irradiated light and the corresponding time dose. In this paper, we use the double optical fiber measurement system to experimentally study the distribution of light radiation in living tissue. In the paper, the distribution curve and decay curve of polar radiation are given and discussed correspondingly.
