在药品鉴定中,关於砷的检查一般多采用谷特蔡氏法(Modified Gutzeut’s Test)。若供试品对谷特蔡氏法反应有妨碍,则改用白田道夫氏(Bettendorff)法进行检查。而在苏联药典第八版中所采用的砷检查法则以契列反应为主(白田道夫氏法也采用),契列反应的作用原理是:砷化合物在盐酸中与次亚磷酸(Acidum Hypoph s horosum H_3PO_2·H_2O)作用而析出褐色沉澱,或呈现褐色反应:
In drug identification, the detection of arsenic is generally used more than the Tatsumi (Modified Gutzeut’s Test). If the test sample of Gut Teyaki reaction method is obstructed, then use the method of white Tadoorieh (Bettendorff) test. In the eighth edition of the Soviet Pharmacopoeia, the arsenic test is based on the dextrorotatory reaction (which is also applied to the Whitefield’s method). The effect of the dextrose reaction is that the arsenic compound is mixed with hydrochloric acid and acid hypophosphorous acid horosum H_3PO_2 · H_2O) precipitated brown precipitate or brown reaction:
