以人为本绝多数人都喜爱轻污染、有特色、交通便捷的城市。这已是人类200多年城市化曲折之后的共识与潮流,人们已越来越抗拒在环境与资源遭受严重破坏的空间里生活。只是,奢望如何成真?12月8日,由中国市长协会、宏观经济研究学会低碳研究中心、广州市人大城建环资委、广州市国土资源和房屋管理局、美国交通与发展政策研究院(简称ITDP)指导,《房地产导刊》杂志社、ITDP主承办的“2011’未来城市可持续发展全球论坛暨第九届中国地产经济主流企业年会”在中国广州富力君悦酒店圆满闭幕。
People-oriented Most people love light pollution, distinctive, convenient traffic city. This is the consensus and trend after more than 200 years of urbanization in mankind, and people are increasingly resisting living in a space where the environment and resources have been severely damaged. Only on December 8, by the China Association of Mayors, Macroeconomic Research Institute of Low Carbon Research Center, Guangzhou Municipal People’s Congress Urban Environmental Planning Commission, Guangzhou Land Resources and Housing Authority, the United States transport and development policy research (ITDP), Real Estate Magazine, ITDP hosted the “2011 Future Global Forum on Urban Sustainability and the 9th Annual Meeting of China’s Real Estate Economy Mainstream Enterprises”, at the R & F Grand Hyatt Guangzhou Successful conclusion.
