【目的】探讨脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能家长自评量表(Cerebral Palsy-Gross motor Function Questionnaire,CP-GMFQ)在脑瘫儿童康复门诊中的实用性,为家长了解病情与指导家庭训练提供依据。【方法】采用粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM-88)对55例脑瘫儿童进行评估,同时让患儿家长采用CP-GMFQ进行自评,对两个量表结果的相关性和测试结果进行分析。【结果】CP-GMFQ与GMFM-88的相关性较高(r=0.93),家长可顺利完成该自评量表。【结论】CP-GMFQ有助于脑瘫儿童家长在家庭环境中简便易行、科学合理地评价患儿粗大运动功能并指导其家庭康复训练,值得临床推广应用。
【Objective】 To investigate the practicability of Cerebral Palsy-Gross Motor Function Questionnaire (CP-GMFQ) in rehabilitation clinics for children with cerebral palsy, and provide evidences for parents to understand the condition and guide family training. 【Methods】 Fifty-five children with cerebral palsy were evaluated by GMFM-88, and their parents were evaluated by CP-GMFQ. The correlation between the two scales and the test results were analyzed . 【Results】 The correlation between CP-GMFQ and GMFM-88 was high (r = 0.93). Parents could successfully complete this self-rating scale. 【Conclusion】 CP-GMFQ is helpful to parents of children with cerebral palsy in family environment. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application to assess the children’s gross motor function and guide their family rehabilitation training scientifically and rationally.
